This is a Dulce De Leche cake torted into three tiers with our homemade caramel filling, our chocolate ganache filling, and our Dulce De Leche filling made from scratch. It is an exact replica of parts of the park that the Rotary Club in our community built for the children in our area. Even the gazebo is copied down to the color matching and exact number of shingles on the gazebo. It brought in the largest bid for the Rotary Dessert Dash Auction that night to raise money for their next community project.
