This was the final cake I did for the Wilton Course 3 class (before they changed to the newer classes). Roses are handmade with fondant mixed with gumtex. Cake is covered in fondant with fondant flowers. Ruffles are handpiped. I was quite proud of this cake - hated to cut into it.
