Very time consuming cake, all are made using whip topping. elmo and cookie monster are covered in jimmies and oscar is piped. eyes are made of whip topping and chocolate tubed frosting that you buy at a grocery store. elmos nose are orange peanut m&ms.cookie monster has a mini chips ahoy cookie that i also found at the grocery store.
