I made this wedding cake with 4 days notice! It was for two friends of mine that were getting married spur of the moment. It didn't come out perfect, but I really enjoyed making it for them, and the chance to get more practice. The roses are fondant and gum paste mixed, and I dry brushed them with pink pearl dust. I covered it with buttercream. If anyone has tips for future cakes please let me know. I took the Wilton cake courses, but other than that I'm learning on my own. I asked a friend about the icing already, and she said my problem was over whipping it. Thanks for your comments and tips.
