My mom just started drinking coffee last year and can't get enough of Starbucks. So, I made this cake for her 60th birthday. Bottom layers are chocolate with vanilla buttercream and ganache. Top is chocolate cake with marshmallow fondant. I've only been making cakes for about a year and a half and this was the quickest for me. I'm getting faster. I hand painted the logo with edible paint.
