I'd been wanting to make a cake that involved rice cereal treats and conveniently my Step-Mother's birthday had arrived. She collects lighthouses so the two things came together nicely. The tower is rice cereal and the rock is devil's food, vanilla bc and rice cereal. Can't wait to do another!!
