A 3 inch spiced pumpkin "tasting cake" with dulce de leche buttercream. I was trying to get a black fondant by starting with a dark blue. It almost worked and under flourescent and natural light it did look black, but under incandescent light I could still see that it was more a midnite blue than a true black.
