Made these for my grandchildren for xmas. Standard size cupcakes. Frosted the top with buttercream frosting and then I cut the kit-kat candy bars in half and put them around the cupcake and tied a ribbon bow to hold them on. Put a buttercream star border along the top of the kit-kats. Added M&M candies and lollipops to the top. Candies could be changed to go along with any holiday. TFL!!
