Vanilla Cake with a touch of pinapple juice & a fresh made pinapple filling. Covered in a pinapple Buttercream which was them coverd with coconut (the snow, LOL!). The trees are ice cream cones covered in Royal Icing & the trunks are pretzel rods. Poinsetta is Gumpaste.
