This is my first wedding cake and pile that way. It was for my favorite cousin´s wedding. It is a vanilla cake with a buttercream & Amareto filling. Covered with MMF and 41 Gumpaste red roses. While making it, I was anxious with final result, since it was my first cake of 3 tier using columns separating each cake. Was really relief when I finally put it all together. I´m satisfied the way it looks. Thanks for my cousin for trusting me to make her wedding cake.
