Cake is a 1/4 chocolate sheet cake. All BC. Customer requested the cake for a co-worker that was leaving the company. The "misspelling" of her name was not a mistake on my part. The co-worker said that the owner always misspelled the lady's name with an "H". He wanted the cake to reflect that as a joke one last time. The picture on the cake was the company logo of a bear walking into flames.
