I made this cake to celebrate my son's football teams 2nd place finish for the season. It was a rush job, but I didn't think a group of 11 year olds would be too picky. The cake is yellow cake with chocolate icing and covered in fondant. I tried to paint it to resemble wood-grain. The football is RKT covered in fondant and painted with gold dust. Not too happy with my plaque...will definitely be buying the plaque cutter! Welcome any comments!!!
