This is a 3 tiered cake made for my husbands great aunt and uncles 60th anniversary. The top layer is chocolatecake w/buttercream, middle layer is red velvet w/ cream cheese and bottom layer is yellow w/buttercream icing and all covered with fondat. The roses are hand made using gum paste.
