4 12" stacked layers of Chocolate fudge cake filled with Raspberry.Iced in Ganache then covered in Fondant. All of the accent pieces are made with fondant. Boiling water is poured sugar. Completely edibe except for the crawfish Bride and Groom which were first formed from aluminum foil and then covered with fondant.
