This is a 5 tier White Chocolate Wedding cake. with Raspberry mouse filling. The Bride wanted a country touch with lots of flowers. I cascaded yellow and white cala lillies down the side of the cake all made of Fondant(ran out of gumpaste). Cake is crumb coated BC and then basketweave pattern BC. Ribbon on bottom edge. I was pretty proud of this cake, my second wedding cake. Also it with standeed a 110Degree banquet hall and the hour and a half drive
