This cake is covered in fondant then DH (dear hubby) quilted the bottom tier with one of our tools to make it look like a comforter and he HAND PAINTED! yes HAND PAINTED the whole cake... the top I did the tea cup and he painted it. He also painted the gumpaste plaque... this was inspired by the bedding set they were going to use when the baby was born...
