This was made as a Halloween Birthday cake, complete with ghosts, gravestones, bones, pumpkins, signs, witches legs & hat, haunted house and haunted tree. Bottom tier is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and filling, covered in homeade marshmallow fondant. Top tier is a dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in homemade marshmallow fondant. All pieces are made out of fondant, including the haunted tree and house.
