I used 4 6" layers, which I tapered to look like one of my Lenox vases. I cut the top out and inserted a plastic bottle I had cut to hold the fresh flowers, I iced the cake with off white buttercream the color of the Lenox vase and then used an icing bag and small round tip to approximate the design on the vase.
