We made this croquembouche for a contest sponsored by the Girl Scouts and won "most creative." All the desserts had to be made using Girl Scout cookies as an ingredient. We used crushed shortbread cookies in the cream puff dough and other cookies mixed in the filling. The orchids are gumpaste and hand painted.
