I'm very pleased with how this has turned out. 6 inch high lower tier which is a 9 inch mud cake and 9 inch vanilla cake. 7 inch fruit cake on top. covered in MMF. All decoration MMF. The wording on the cake is Irish and the cake is themed for the Irish sport of Hurling. Many thanks to Bluehue for the guidance on making the high tiers.
