Chocolate cake w/ BC icing and fondant/gumpaste accents. Carved the arena from cake. LED 'pole lights' actually work! The toy trucks were provided by the Mom (a co-worker) who got the cake for her 6 yr. old. (she actually smashed up the jumper cars for effect:) - very cool idea, I thought! Dirt is crushed chocolate graham crackers and mud is piping gel. Thanks to CC friends who helped with the 'flying dirt' ideas - I used...yep, that's tulle on a monster truck cake:) TFL!!
