I made these as a treat for my family, everyone loved how pretty they were, but even more, they went crazy on how good they tasted! they were a butter cake cut in squares, sliced and layered with fresh raspberry vanilla buttercreme`, then covered with white chocolate poured fondant. They were like BIG petit fours, I call them mini cakes! :)
