This cake was a donation I made to a friend of my son's who was in a car accident and lost the use of his legs. They had a benifit auction for him and they asked me to make something that he would like. He loves to fish so I thought this would be the perfect cake for him. The 'river bed' part of the cake is yellow cake with choc. Buttercream. The fish is yellow cake, buttercream, and fondant. Held up with dowels. Belly of fish is styrofoam.
