Three Tiered Christmas Cake
Each tier is a different technique. Bottom is stained glassed poinsettias using royal icing as the outline and colored piping gel in center. Inspired from Colette Peters. All tiers are covered with fondant. Second tier is buttercream decorations. Top tier holly leaves made from royal icing.
