I made this cake for my neice's high school graduation party. She was excited to leave for college in a couple weeks, so I made her a FSU cake. The bottom cake was a 4-layer chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate frosting and the top cake was lemon cake with buttercream filling ( I think....I can't even remember anymore) Both cakes covered in fondant in FSU colors, stars were fondant painted with glitter gel, fondant circles, and then I added some store bought sugar graduation caps & scrolls and plastic FSU picks.
