This was for a Fire Chief whom was honored recently for his commitment to the community. He passed away peacefully and will be missed. He loved roses and had a very large rose garden so I incorporated them into all 5 cakes. Each cake was a different flavor. Hat was copied from the chiefs hat, it was white cake covered in Fondant.
