Cake was for a joint baby shower and birthday. The shoe is something this group of girls give each other for birthdays. The cake is buttercream, the rolls around is a chocolate jelly roll with chocolate buttercream on the inside with fondant over the outside to look like diapers. The Shoe and all the baby things are made out of gumpaste fondant mix. Everything is edible!
