8-10-12-14 round tiers. 8" is French vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream filling. 10" is fresh strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream filling. 12" is chocolate chip cake with raspberry cream filling. 14" is French vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling. All tiers are iced with chocolate buttercream and covered with chocolate fondant. Maple, oak, and ash leaves were made of 50/50 fondant/gumpaste and hand-colored with luster dusts. Acorns are made of fodant dipped in chocolate royal icing and chocolate jimmies.
