Birthday cake for my grandma. I used four 6 x 2 tiers for a cake that stood just over 8 inches tall. I frosted it with a Maple Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Italian Meringue Buttercream <-- for real!!! Slided almonds coat the sides and the top has a small bouquet or orange roses to mimic the classic carrot on top of a slice of carrot cake.
