Joint bday cake for 1 yr old and 7 yr old brothers. The 1 yr old is nicknamed monkey and the 7 yr old loves hot air balloons and has been up in them 100s of times! I made the 1/2 sheet cake look like a rolling field that the balloon takes off of. This was my first cake that I needed these types of supports and had to assembly the balloon in front of about 30+ party guests...nerve racking but got it done!
