My first wedding cake! This was made for my brother and his wife. She wanted a round fondant covered wedding cake with seashells and flowers cascading down the side. She also wanted pearls scattered around the tiers. It is alternating tiers of white cake with raspberry filling and coconut cake with strawberry filling. The flowers are gumpaste, and the seashells are white chocolate dusted with luster dust.
