Here is my first official cakebite wedding cake!! Here is some information about it: I covered the dummies with Glad Press & Seal. Cake bites attached to cake dummies with white chocolate. Sizes used were 6"-10"-14-"18" which served 317! The base is a 22" cake dummy. I used those flower ring separators in between each tier so the roses could be inserted. The florist used about 70 fresh roses between the tiers and I'm not sure how many used at the bottom around the base. I used about 12 pounds of chocolate. I have two more orders coming up soon. Guests and client was going crazy. I'm waiting to get the photos from the photographer . Thanks for looking.
