Made this cake last minute for a fellow dolphin trainers going away party. It's supposed to be the pool that we work in with the rocky landscape and sandy beaches surrounding the pool. I only had 4 hours to bake, make frosting, ganache, and decorate. It turned out better then I thought for only a few hours of work and it was a BIG hit.

The dolphins are made of gumpaste, the sand is brown sugar and gram crackers, and the rocks are cake covered in fondant. I colored piping gel for the water.
