Made my own fondant, using the Marsh Mellow Fondant recipe found here on Cake Central. Very easy to work with and tastes MUCH better than store bought fondant. These were my FIRST gum paste flowers and first cake using fondant! No more Wilton courses .. all done... now it's practice, practice, practice!
