Chocolate cake (I cut it horizontally and put buttercream between the "layers". Covered a foam sun visor with royal blue fondant and used fondant stitching tool to make stitching look. Rolled out fondant for cap, used stitching tool, put on cake, make red button and "C", rolled piece of fondant for piece between cap and brim. I used a 16" tile with astroturf on it to look like grass. (ran it through the dishwasher first!) Groom loved it!
