Similar Design In 5 Tiers on Cake Central

This will be featured in Town and Country Magazine of which I was specifically asked to incorporate design elements from my twig-dove cakes. The flavor was styrofoam, no filling, covered in white chocolate fondant. Buds, birds and eggs are made of gumpaste. Branches and nests are floral wires. The sizes are 12", 10", "8, 6" and 4" rounds--first time using a 4" dummy. I'm happy with the outcome although I wish I had arranged the appliques differently and repositioned the stem of buds on the third tier. Surely, my next cakes will no longer have twigs, birds or buds.
