The bun is vanilla cake covered in marshmallow fondant and rice-crispy cereal "seeds". The burger itself is a "naked", trimmed chocolate cake to have the appearance of having a burger-like texture. The tomato is a layer of rice-crispy treat covered in marshmallow fondant. Condiments are colored butter cream icing. Marshmallow fondant for all the trimmings. The only thing I'd change if I did it again would be a smaller bun. However for a rush job, it's perfect. ( Much thanks to my helper, Jenny! )
