This was an vanilla and chocolat cake with buttercream filling and icing. I used Royal icing for most of the decoration (flip flops, palm trees, surf boards) and marzipan. The hibiscus flowers are Gumpaste. It was the first time I used Gumpaste and I just loved it!!!. I made that cake for an Hawaiian party.
