Three-tier white/almond cake. All MMF, except for the dice, which are gum paste. Learned a terrible lesson -- Satin Ice fondant is much softer than my homemade MMF. The second layer (red) got squishy and mis-shapen overnight. :( No way to fix it. But the two white layers (my homemade MMF) turned out great!
