This cake is Wilton inspired. I wanted to make a cake for my family for the 4th of July. I love to look at Wilton's site for inspiration & ideas. I didn't want to make a huge cake, because I knew that there would be other desserts there. It was a hit, all my family liked it & I was glad I was able to make it. Funny though, one of my cousins that just found out that I'm making cakes asked, "Did you make this?" My brother joking said, "Nah, she got it at Target". I had to laugh about it. Butter & Yellow cake, frosted with cream cheese covered with MMF.
