This is probably the best cake that I have made. I made it for a church party. I used two 9"x13" layers on top of each other with filling between. I used Wilton Ready Made Fondant. I used Wilton Pearl Dust (I call it fairy dust), for the lettering. I also made a fondant bookmark. I wasn't happy with the lettering on the side of the cake though.
