This is a cake I made for a sushi lover. The rolls are made out of colored fondant blocks to simulate the stuff inside, rolled green fondant for the seaweed, and coconut for the rice. I made the little rice block that has the shrimp on top out of cocnut mixed with a little buttercream icing. The ginger is just pink colored fondant rolled very thin and the soy sauce is chocolate syrup. I picked up a pair of plain chopsticks at my local chinese joint and painted them lime green so they would pop.
