This is a chocolate cake with praline pecan filling and chocolate ganache BC. The Eagle head and jerseys are fondant. These jersey's are for each year he played hockey and the eagle is for the college that he will be attending as a goalie next year. I have made him several red wings cakes over the past couple of years, so this one was extra special and he came to me to pick it up so I got to see his reaction.
