Lavender and purple cake with hand rolled MM fondant pearls covered in pearl spray. I was disappointed that in the 15 min drive to the church, the lavender faded to a baby blue. Any suggestions to avoid that? The purple held nicely but photographed more blue. Most importantly the cake tasted great!
