I made these cakes for my friend's twins that were graduating high school. These were the first cakes I've ever made and decorated. I didn't take any classes first, but my friend is a cake maker and she walked me through making a tiered cake! I found the WASC recipe on Cake Central and used that for the cakes; top tier is chocolate with a Nutella filling, and the bottom tier is vanilla cake with a lemon pudding/mousse filling (recipe found on Cake Central also). Frosting is IMBC. The shoe is gumpaste; the trophy is plastic. :-)
