This is my first paid cake job! It was for a graduation party. Dark chocolate cake with Cointreau chocolate ganache filling. Iced in vanilla buttercream and covered in marshmallow fondant, with buttercream freehand scrolls and fondant/gumpaste pansies. First time I've done freehand scroll work and I was quite nervous. It isn't perfect, but I'm very pleased with how it turned out and so was the client!
