Wilton Course 3 Final Cake

This was my first "wedding cake" attempt. I had never used fondant before this class. Cake was WASC from CC and raspberry/chambord/cream cheese filling. The roses took me forever but I did improve as I went along. I guess I need to just keep practicing. Learned not to overfill layers as I had a slight bulge and to torte layers into fourths instead of just filling the middle (at least that's what a lady at the cake supply store told me to do). Now I'm practicing on friends and family and have a three tier birthday cake to make for the end of the month.
