Starfish/seashell Cake

Made this last week for my Mum's 65th birthday on the weekend. It's my first 3 tier cake and my 5th fondant cake. I still have a lot to learn but it's coming along. Botton tier is dark chocolate with Cointreau chocolate ganache filling, middle is toasted coconut with Malibu coconut rum ganache and top is almond with Amaretto ganache. All covered in MMF. Shells are MMF done in a chocolate mold and big starfish on top is hand sculpted. Sorry if you saw this one yesterday. I accidentally deleted the original post :-/
