This was my first topsy turvy cake, it was so much fun to do, but I say that about every cake I do :) Bottom layer was chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, the two top layers were vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream. Covered in MMF, fondant bow and gum paste accents. TFL
