this is an 8" top & 12" bottom iced in buttercream with all fondant decorations. Love how it turned out! The pill bottle says "rx: success" and I painted silver luster dust on the parts of the stethoscope & syringe. EKG around bottom tier. Definitely gots lots of inspiration from cakes on CC.
